BCRF was founded in 1993 by Evelyn H. Lauder with a unique approach to philanthropy: empower the best researchers with the financial freedom and flexibility to go where science, technology, and data lead them, across institutions, across disciplines, and across the globe.

OBJECTIVE

To raise funds for BCRFโ€™s research initiatives through a multi-faceted, evergreen campaign in gaming.

Solution

In 2022, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation launched its first annual gaming program and third gaming initiative with P2.

This year, our gaming program evolved into an evergreen initiative and call to action for all members of the gaming community-- including creators, esports organizations and game developers.

We called it: โ€œPaint Gaming Pink!โ€

  • Since working with Player 2, BCRF has raised $450,000+ solely through strategic partnerships and organic influencer marketing.

  • Collaborations and influencer marketing initiatives have raised awareness about breast cancer research and BCRF's mission among gaming audiences.

  • Nearly 15M Twitter impressions
